【国际交流】英国雷丁大学亨利商学院唐银山教授来校交流访问

5月22日，英国雷丁大学亨利商学院副院长唐银山教授莅临培华进行交流访问。此次访问旨在深化两校战略合作，推动国际化办学进程。访问期间，西安培华学院理事长姜波亲切会见了唐银山教授，并代表学校向其颁发客座教授聘书，标志着两校合作进入新阶段。

On May 22, Professor Tang Yinshan,Deputy Dean of Henley Business School,from University of Reading, UK, visited our university. The purpose of this visit is to deepen the strategic cooperation between the two universities and promote the process of internationalization. During the visit, Dr. Jiang Bo, Chairmanof Xi'an Peihua University, met with Professor Tang Yinshan and presented him with a letter of appointment as a visiting professor on behalf of the university, marking a new stage of cooperation between the two universities.

座谈会伊始，王鹏主任向与会人员介绍了双方代表，并就英国雷丁大学及亨利商学院的发展概况作了简要说明。

Professor Li Hua, International President of Xi'an Peihua University, warmly welcomed Professor Tang Yinshan's visit. In his speech, he reviewed the course of cooperation with the University of Reading, with special emphasis on the important historical node of the upcoming centennial celebration of Xi'an Peihua University, which will comprehensively promote the internationalization. Professor Li Hua stated: "We look forward to making breakthroughs in joint master's and doctoral training programs and the construction of Innovative Research Institute through all-round and in-depth cooperation with the University of Reading, so as to inject new momentum into the university's application for master's degree and international development."

He systematically introduced the characteristics of Henley Business School at the University of Reading and focused on sharing its innovative practices in the field of MBA education. Professor Tang emphasized in his speech: "We attach great importance to the strategic cooperation with Xi'an Peihua University. The two universities should build a multi-level and all-round cooperation system with master's degree as the beginning, doctor's degree as the top level and research Institute as the extension."

随后，李华教授、吴旺延院长、王鹏主任、张伟主任、王文强主任、罗北荣主任、陈青老师先后发言，分别就“二元三空间”的创新研究院建设、教师联合培养、国际合作项目申报、国际学术会议筹办等议题展开深入交流。

Subsequently, Professor Li Hua, President Wu Wangyan, Director Wang Peng, Director Zhang Wei, Director Wang Wenqiang, Director Luo Beirong and Professor Chen Qing made speeches successively, and conducted in-depth exchanges on the construction of Innovative Research Institute, joint training of teachers, declaration of international cooperation projects and preparation of international academic conferences.

此次座谈为两校合作搭建了战略框架，在战略层面推动了培华国际化办学进程和申硕工作的开展。

This symposium has set up a strategic framework for the cooperation between the two universities and promoted the process of internationalization of our university and the development of the work of applying for master's degree at the strategic level.

座谈结束后，唐银山教授为会计与金融学院师生带来题为《跨文化与管理》的专题学术讲座。讲座通过生动的案例分析，系统阐释了跨文化沟通的理论范式与实践策略，深入探讨了跨文化管理的核心价值及其在现代企业管理中的应用。唐教授特别强调：“理解文化差异的底层逻辑，是提升组织效能的关键所在。”

After the symposium, Professor Tang Yinshan gave a special academic lecture entitled "Cross culture and Management" to the teachers and students from the School of Accounting and Finance. Through vivid case analysis, the lecture systematically explained the theoretical paradigm and practical strategy of cross-cultural communication and discussed the core value of cross-cultural management and its application in modern enterprise management. Professor Tang particularly emphasized, "Understanding the underlying logic of cultural differences is the key to improving organizational effectiveness."

After the lecture, Professor Li Hua shared his insights with the students. He pointed out that "English ability is the core quality of international talents. I hope that students will pay attention to cultivating global vision in their professional learning." The teachers and students on the spot had a warm interaction with the two professors and expressed that they had benefited a lot.
