第二部分　金融人才之摇篮（1949—1984）

  建国初期，在“西安军管会”的不懈努力下，社会秩序逐渐恢复。教育领域依照“军管会”发布的“保护学校”和“私立学校登记”的系列通告精神得以整顿。1951年7月，根据西北教育部指示，西安私立培华职业学校更名为“西安培华财经学校”，专门培养政府急需的财经干部。1952年11月，按照第一次全国教育工作会议“改造旧教育”的方针和步骤，“培华”被西安市政府接收，并改校名为“西安市第一财经学校”。继而，1953年9月将“一财校”与“二财校”合并，定校名为“西安市财经学校”。1956年7月，学校奉国家计委、高教部指示，迁往吉林长春，组建国家统计局所属“长春统计学校”。

  1958年5月，在“整风运动”和“反右运动”后期，学校停办。

The Cradle of Financial Personals and Talents

During the early days of New China, the Xian Military Control Commission worked very hard in every aspect for the safety and security of the city as well the restoration of social order. In the field of education and school management, the Military Control Commission issued a series of orders and public announcements to protect schools and for private schools to register through governmental booking. In July 1951, according to instructions from China Northwest Ministry of Education, Xian Private Peihua Vocational School was renamed to Xian Peihua Financial School, mainly for the training of financial management officials urgently needed by the local government. In November 1952, according to the government decision reached at the First Session of the National Education Work Conference on the policies and procedures of Reforming the Old Educational Institutions, Peihua School was accepted and received by the Xian Municipal Government and again renamed Xian City Financial School, now a public school. In July 1956, following the instructions of the State Planning Committee and the Ministry of Higher Education, the school moved to Changchun City of Jilin Province, and formed the Changchun Statistics School affiliated with the National Bureau of Statistics.
